We recommend one Tap for our IWS 2, 30, 3 and 4 Workstations. These are one person Workstations. We recommend two Taps for our IWS 5, 6 and 7 Workstations which are all two or three person Workstations. Two Taps are ideal for the larger Workstations as they can accommodate multiple cooks working side by side. Each cook having their own water source is ideal!
